why this problem created :

Company released a update from "Experience UI"  to "ONE UI" based on android 9.0 pie and after update this new version 90% J701F touch not working.... But we have a solution...

Follow the video step by step

1. Flash u7 4 repair file
2. Use otg and mouse go settings and enable OEM unlock and USB debugging 
3. Flash TWRP recovery
4. Go wipe and format data type yes and swipe
5. copy custom rom in a memory
6. flash custom recovery  

Note: There's  2 type custom recovery flash that you want
